Dual Blade Rock Saw

The saw blade is driven directly by a hydraulic motor, eliminating the need for a gearbox, resulting in higher operational efficiency. With fewer mechanical parts, there is less likelihood of failure and breakdowns, as well as reducing potential required maintenance and reducing downtime for repairs.

This system is designed to automatically stop the blade when the power to the saw is removed. A result of this is increased safety and less potential accidents to occur. It also prevents unnecessary wear and tear on the blade and motor, improving the lifespan of the attachment.

The shield cover consists of an inner shield that can rotate 360-degrees around the blade. This protects against debris, as well as making the blade adaptable to various cutting angles and tasks. The outer guard is removable if necessary.

This protects the bearings from dirt and other materials from entering the bearing area, significantly improving the lifespan of the saw. This results in lower need for frequent cleaning and maintenance, while also ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

A water sprayer is included for blade cooling and dust suppression. This prolongs the blades life and maintains cutting efficiency, while also minimising dust and creating a safer working environment. An optional water tank is available for continuous operation.

The saw blades come with either diamond or tungsten tips, with diamond ideal for cutting through granite, concrete and marble; while tungsten is suitable for softer materials such as logs, trees and copper. Tips can easily be replaced when worn out, keeping the saw operational and effective for longer periods of time.
